Spinach dumplings
Spilled green gnocchi, depending on how you shape them, can be an addition to soups or the basis for creating main dishes. They are perfect for e.g. with cheese, mushroom sauces or other ingredients such as pesto, sun-dried tomatoes or parmesan.

Ingredients:
- 250 g wheat flour
- 30 g salt
- 3 g salt
- 120 g chicken eggs, whole
- 200 g spinach
Method of cooking:
- Add 2 eggs and 200 g of spinach. Mix 30 s at speed 14. Using a spatula scrape the bowl's sides and the lid.
