Ingredients:
- 500 g mascarpone
- 50 g powdered sugar
- 500 g cream 36%
- 30 g lemon juice
Method of cooking:
- Open the bowl. Add 500 g well chilled mascarpone, 500 g well chilled 36 % cream, 4 tablespoons of powdered sugar and 3 tablespoons of lemon juice. Close the bowl with a lid with a measuring cup.
