Ingredients:

  • 500 g mascarpone
  • 50 g powdered sugar
  • 500 g cream 36%
  • 30 g lemon juice

Method of cooking:

  1. Open the bowl. Add 500 g well chilled mascarpone, 500 g well chilled 36 % cream, 4 tablespoons of powdered sugar and 3 tablespoons of lemon juice. Close the bowl with a lid with a measuring cup.
