Ingredients:
- 3000 g water
 - 80 g horseradish root
 - 3000 g Cucumber
 - 150 g garlic
 - 130 g salt
 - 80 g Dill
 
Method of cooking:
- Place the first floor of the steam pot on the lid of the bowl without a measuring cup and weigh 3000 g of thoroughly washed cucumbers. Set the steam pot aside.
