Chicken Tikka Masala
Chicken Tikka Masala is one one of the most famous versions of Indian curry. The chicken pieces are dipped in a tomato-pepper sauce intensely flavored with spices.

Ingredients:
- 7 g hot chili pepper
- 25 g ginger
- 8 g curry powder
- 330 g cream 30 %
- 700 g canned tomato puree
- 1000 g chicken fillet
- 28 g sweet paprika
- 8 g garam masala
- 50 g natural yoghurt
- 20 g spices tikka masala
- 300 g Onion, raw
- 15 g sugar
- 16 g garlic
- 6 g salt
- 50 g Oil, rapeseed
- 70 g clarified butter
Method of cooking:
- Put 4 peeled garlic cloves, 25 g of peeled and thinly sliced ginger, ½ of seedless chili pepper cut into smaller pieces into the bowl (optional). Chop for 10 seconds at speed 10. Put the contents of the bowl into another bowl, add 2 tablespoons of yogurt, 2 tablespoons of tikka masala spice and ½ teaspoon of salt, then mix. Put another bowl on the lid of the bowl without a measuring cup and weigh out 1000 grams of chicken breast, cut into 2 cm pieces. Rub the chicken with marinade and let it rest for 24 hours. Store in the refrigerator.
