Ingredients:
- 850 g water
- 80 g broth paste - CVR
- 20 g hot chili pepper
- 6 g curry powder
- 1200 g sweet pepper
- 120 g extra virgin oil
- 8 g cumin seed
- 3 g herb spices
- 28 g sweet paprika
- 250 g dried chickpeas
- 40 g paprika paste
- 250 g Onion, raw
- 15 g sugar
- 24 g garlic
- 25 g parsley leaves
- 500 g tomato passata
Method of cooking:
- On the lid of the bowl place a container, weigh 250 g of dry chickpeas, pour with the cold water (about 7 cm above the chickpea level). Set aside for at least 8 hours.
