Ingredients:

  • 850 g water
  • 80 g broth paste - CVR
  • 20 g hot chili pepper
  • 6 g curry powder
  • 1200 g sweet pepper
  • 120 g extra virgin oil
  • 8 g cumin seed
  • 3 g herb spices
  • 28 g sweet paprika
  • 250 g dried chickpeas
  • 40 g paprika paste
  • 250 g Onion, raw
  • 15 g sugar
  • 24 g garlic
  • 25 g parsley leaves
  • 500 g tomato passata

Method of cooking:

  1. On the lid of the bowl place a container, weigh 250 g of dry chickpeas, pour with the cold water (about 7 cm above the chickpea level). Set aside for at least 8 hours.
