Ingredients:
- 100 g water
- 20 g curry powder
- 400 g vinegar
- 3 g chili flakes
- 500 g sugar
- 3000 g Cucumber
- 50 g garlic
- 80 g salt
- 200 g Oil, rapeseed
Method of cooking:
- On the lid of the bowl place a first floor of the steam pot and weigh 3000 g of well-washed cucumbers, cut lengthwise into quarters.
