Ingredients:
- 450 g water
- 10 g hot chili pepper
- 30 g coriander leaves
- 40 g shallots
- 100 g cream 30 %
- 200 g ice cubes
- 400 g yogurt
- 400 g Avocado
- 200 g Cucumber
- 9 g salt
- 40 g lemon juice
- 40 g spinach
Method of cooking:
- Open the bowl. Add 400g peeled ripe avocado, 200g peeled and cut into small pieces green cucumbers, 40g peeled and cut into small pieces shallots and 4 tablespoons of lemon juice, 40g spinach and 1/2 chili pepper, seeded and cut into small pieces, 400 g of natural yogurt, 100 g of 30% cream, 450 g of water, 30 g of coriander (1 bunch) and 1.5 teaspoons of salt and 200 g of ice cubes.
