Chicken korma
It is a type of curry prepared on the basis of boiled cashew nuts in combination with yogurt and a lot of aromatic spices. In Indian cuisine, it is added exactly by the spoonful.

Ingredients:
- 2600 g water
- 1 g bay leaf
- 30 g hot chili pepper
- 3 g turmeric, ground
- 90 g lime
- 25 g coriander leaves
- 15 g sugar, brown
- 250 g shallots
- 3 g cardamom
- 8 g cumin seed
- 1 g cloves
- 3 g coriander seeds
- 20 g ginger root
- 800 g chicken fillet
- 3 g garam masala
- 8 g cinnamon stick
- 150 g cashews
- 90 g salt
- 1 g cardamom pods
- 30 g sugar
- 16 g garlic
- 8 g salt
- 120 g butter
- 200 g Yoghurt, 2% fat
- 200 g canned tomatoes (sliced)
Method of cooking:
- On the lid of the bowl place a container and weigh 150 g of cashew nuts and 600 g of boiling water. Set aside. On the lid of the bowl place another container and weigh 800 g of skinless chicken fillet cut into 3 cm pieces, cover with 2 liters of water mixed with 5 tablespoons of salt and 2 tablespoons of sugar. Put in the refrigerator to marinate.
