Ingredients:

  • 2600 g water
  • 1 g bay leaf
  • 30 g hot chili pepper
  • 3 g turmeric, ground
  • 90 g lime
  • 25 g coriander leaves
  • 15 g sugar, brown
  • 250 g shallots
  • 3 g cardamom
  • 8 g cumin seed
  • 1 g cloves
  • 3 g coriander seeds
  • 20 g ginger root
  • 800 g chicken fillet
  • 3 g garam masala
  • 8 g cinnamon stick
  • 150 g cashews
  • 90 g salt
  • 1 g cardamom pods
  • 30 g sugar
  • 16 g garlic
  • 8 g salt
  • 120 g butter
  • 200 g Yoghurt, 2% fat
  • 200 g canned tomatoes (sliced)

Method of cooking:

  1. On the lid of the bowl place a container and weigh 150 g of cashew nuts and 600 g of boiling water. Set aside. On the lid of the bowl place another container and weigh 800 g of skinless chicken fillet cut into 3 cm pieces, cover with 2 liters of water mixed with 5 tablespoons of salt and 2 tablespoons of sugar. Put in the refrigerator to marinate.
