  • 750 g mascarpone
  • 100 g biscuits
  • 200 g coffee, espresso
  • 80 g amaretto liqueur
  • 90 g sugar
  • 120 g chicken eggs, yolk
  • 10 g Cocoa, powder

Method of cooking:

  1. Place the container on the lid of the bowl and weigh out 100 g of oblong biscuits (12 pcs), break each in half. Set the container aside.
