Ingredients:

  • 500 g water
  • 2 g ground black pepper
  • 250 g cucumber
  • 40 g vinegar
  • 350 g swiss chard
  • 400 g natural yoghurt
  • 250 g beetroot sourdough
  • 250 g pickle brine
  • 30 g sugar
  • 8 g garlic
  • 17 g salt
  • 20 g Chives
  • 300 g chicken eggs, whole
  • 400 g kefir 2% fat
  • 400 g Cream, 18% fat
  • 150 g radishes
  • 40 g Dill
  • 150 g Cucumber, pickled

Method of cooking:

  1. Finely chop the dill bunch (including the stems), put it in a bowl, cover and store in the fridge.
