Ingredients:
- 500 g water
- 2 g ground black pepper
- 250 g cucumber
- 40 g vinegar
- 350 g swiss chard
- 400 g natural yoghurt
- 250 g beetroot sourdough
- 250 g pickle brine
- 30 g sugar
- 8 g garlic
- 17 g salt
- 20 g Chives
- 300 g chicken eggs, whole
- 400 g kefir 2% fat
- 400 g Cream, 18% fat
- 150 g radishes
- 40 g Dill
- 150 g Cucumber, pickled
Method of cooking:
- Finely chop the dill bunch (including the stems), put it in a bowl, cover and store in the fridge.
