Ingredients:
- 480 g wheat flour
 - 10 g powdered sugar
 - 10 g vanilla extract
 - 10 g sugar
 - 250 g Apple
 - 1 g salt
 - 60 g chicken eggs, whole
 - 350 g Milk, 2.0% fat
 - 40 g Yeast baker's, compressed
 - 50 g clarified butter
 
Method of cooking:
- Peel 2 medium-sized sour apples (about 350 g), quarter them, remove the core and cut into smaller pieces. Place the apples in the bowl. Chop for 8 s at speed 8. Place the apples in a container and set aside.
