  • 50 g butter, clarified butter (ghee)
  • 10 g sugar
  • 250 g Apple
  • 1 g salt
  • 60 g chicken eggs, whole
  • 40 g Yeast baker's, compressed
  • 350 g milk, 2% fat

Method of cooking:

  1. Peel 2 medium-sized sour apples (about 350 g), quarter them, remove the core and cut into smaller pieces. Place the apples in the bowl. Chop for 8 s at speed 8. Place the apples in a container and set aside.
