Ingredients:

  • 500 g water
  • 30 g hot chili pepper
  • 80 g soy sauce
  • 50 g ginger root
  • 50 g onion spring
  • 100 g salt
  • 90 g gachugaru peppers
  • 40 g sugar
  • 20 g garlic
  • 200 g Carrot
  • 75 g Rice flour
  • 160 g kohlrabi
  • 2500 g Cabbage, Shantung

Method of cooking:

  1. Remove the first layer of leaves from each cabbage and discard. Cut the cabbage crosswise from the core to 1/3 of the length of the cabbage, tear the cabbage into quarters.
