Ingredients:
- 500 g water
- 30 g hot chili pepper
- 80 g soy sauce
- 50 g ginger root
- 50 g onion spring
- 100 g salt
- 90 g gachugaru peppers
- 40 g sugar
- 20 g garlic
- 200 g Carrot
- 75 g Rice flour
- 160 g kohlrabi
- 2500 g Cabbage, Shantung
Method of cooking:
- Remove the first layer of leaves from each cabbage and discard. Cut the cabbage crosswise from the core to 1/3 of the length of the cabbage, tear the cabbage into quarters.
