Ingredients:

  • 1100 g water
  • 1 g ground black pepper
  • 1 g allspice
  • 100 g broth paste - CVR
  • 300 g cream 30 %
  • 1 g bay leaves
  • 200 g Onion, raw
  • 12 g sugar
  • 4 g garlic
  • 150 g Carrot
  • 80 g Rice white polished
  • 20 g parsley leaves
  • 100 g tomato paste 30%, canned
  • 700 g tomato passata
  • 100 g clarified butter

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 1 bunch of parsley leaves cut into 3 cm pieces. Chop for 5 s at speed 20. Move it into a bowl and set aside.
