Ingredients:
- 1100 g water
- 1 g ground black pepper
- 1 g allspice
- 100 g broth paste - CVR
- 300 g cream 30 %
- 1 g bay leaves
- 200 g Onion, raw
- 12 g sugar
- 4 g garlic
- 150 g Carrot
- 80 g Rice white polished
- 20 g parsley leaves
- 100 g tomato paste 30%, canned
- 700 g tomato passata
- 100 g clarified butter
Method of cooking:
- Add 1 bunch of parsley leaves cut into 3 cm pieces. Chop for 5 s at speed 20. Move it into a bowl and set aside.
