Ingredients:
- 2000 g water
- 2 g ground black pepper
- 4 g allspice
- 2 g bay leaves
- 120 g Onion, raw
- 12 g garlic
- 165 g Carrot
- 17 g salt
- 40 g leek
- 80 g Celeriac
- 40 g parsley leaves
- 140 g parsley root
Method of cooking:
- Wash, peel and put 3 medium carrots, 2 small parsley roots, ¼ celery and ¼ leek into at least a 4-litre pot. Weigh out 2000 g of water in the bowl and pour it into the pot with the vegetables.
