A delicate, sweet-tasting cream made from cauliflower cooked in milk. It goes perfectly with intensive ingredients such as truffle oil, truffle paste, pesto or classic croutons.

Ingredients:

  • 400 g water
  • 1 g white pepper
  • 1 g nutmeg
  • 1 g allspice
  • 100 g broth paste - CVR
  • 150 g cream 30 %
  • 1 g bay leaves
  • 180 g Onion, raw
  • 16 g garlic
  • 70 g butter
  • 250 g Milk, 2.0% fat
  • 900 g Cauliflower
  • 150 g Potato, long stored

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 180 g of cleaned and cut onion and 4 cloves of garlic. Chop for 10 s at speed 10. Using a spatula scrape the bowl's sides.
