A delicate, sweet-tasting cream made from cauliflower cooked in milk. It goes perfectly with intensive ingredients such as truffle oil, truffle paste, pesto or classic croutons.

Ingredients:
- 400 g water
- 1 g white pepper
- 1 g nutmeg
- 1 g allspice
- 100 g broth paste - CVR
- 150 g cream 30 %
- 1 g bay leaves
- 180 g Onion, raw
- 16 g garlic
- 70 g butter
- 250 g Milk, 2.0% fat
- 900 g Cauliflower
- 150 g Potato, long stored
Method of cooking:
- Add 180 g of cleaned and cut onion and 4 cloves of garlic. Chop for 10 s at speed 10. Using a spatula scrape the bowl's sides.
