Ingredients:

  • 80 g lime
  • 160 g sugar
  • 1 g salt
  • 200 g butter
  • 300 g wheat flour, type 550
  • 20 g chicken eggs, yolk
  • 750 g peach

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 300 g of flour, 200 g of frozen butter cut into cubes, 100 g of sugar, 1 egg yolk, 1 pinch of salt and grated rind and juice from 1 lime. Mix for 15 s at speed 10.
