Ingredients:
- 80 g lime
- 160 g sugar
- 1 g salt
- 200 g butter
- 300 g wheat flour, type 550
- 20 g chicken eggs, yolk
- 750 g peach
Method of cooking:
- Add 300 g of flour, 200 g of frozen butter cut into cubes, 100 g of sugar, 1 egg yolk, 1 pinch of salt and grated rind and juice from 1 lime. Mix for 15 s at speed 10.
