Ingredients:

  • 1 g ground black pepper
  • 1 g allspice
  • 120 g broth paste - CVR
  • 1 g bay leaves
  • 200 g pickle brine
  • 150 g Onion, raw
  • 5 g sugar
  • 100 g Carrot
  • 100 g butter
  • 200 g Cream, 18% fat
  • 20 g Dill
  • 250 g Potato, long stored
  • 450 g Cucumber, pickled

Method of cooking:

  1. Place a deep bowl on the lid of the bowl and weigh 200 g of 18% sour cream into it. Set the bowl aside.
