Vegetarian cucumber soup
A vegetarian version of a classic Polish soup. Thanks to the use of Cookover broth, it is full of flavor and aroma.

Ingredients:
- 1 g ground black pepper
- 1 g allspice
- 120 g broth paste - CVR
- 1 g bay leaves
- 200 g pickle brine
- 150 g Onion, raw
- 5 g sugar
- 100 g Carrot
- 100 g butter
- 200 g Cream, 18% fat
- 20 g Dill
- 250 g Potato, long stored
- 450 g Cucumber, pickled
Method of cooking:
- Place a deep bowl on the lid of the bowl and weigh 200 g of 18% sour cream into it. Set the bowl aside.
