- 120 g gorgonzola
- 4 g sodium bicarbonate
- 6 g salt
- 40 g butter, clarified butter (ghee)
- 5 g garlic
- 120 g chicken eggs, whole
- 200 g wheat flour, type 550
- 80 g spinach
- 200 g Buttermilk, 0.5% fat
