Ingredients:

  • 1 g freshly ground pepper
  • 350 g sour cabbage
  • 80 g Onion, raw
  • 6 g sugar
  • 130 g Carrot
  • 160 g Apple
  • 3 g salt
  • 40 g Oil, rapeseed
  • 30 g parsley leaves

Method of cooking:

  1. Open the bowl. Add 30 g of parsley leaves without the stems.
