This salad is a classic of Polish cuisine. It goes great with fish dishes, but not only with them. Pickled vegetables, raw vegetables and fruits are beneficial for health, so they should appear on your table often.

Ingredients:
- 1 g freshly ground pepper
- 350 g sour cabbage
- 80 g Onion, raw
- 6 g sugar
- 130 g Carrot
- 160 g Apple
- 3 g salt
- 40 g Oil, rapeseed
- 30 g parsley leaves
Method of cooking:
- Open the bowl. Add 30 g of parsley leaves without the stems.
