Baked cabbage rolls

Unlike traditional cabbage rolls wrapped in cabbage leaves, these are prepared in a simpler version. You mix shredded cabbage and rice with meat, create cutlets that you bake in a delicious tomato sauce. It is a great recipe when you have little time to prepare dinner.

Ingredients:

  • 100 g water
  • 1 g ground black pepper
  • 50 g broth paste - CVR
  • 700 g canned tomato puree
  • 800 g milled pork meat
  • 400 g Onion, raw
  • 12 g salt
  • 120 g Rice white polished
  • 50 g butter
  • 120 g chicken eggs, whole
  • 200 g Cream, 18% fat
  • 800 g Cabbage, white
  • 80 g Oil, rapeseed

Method of cooking:

  1. Open the bowl. Add 400 g of cabbage cut into 3 cm pieces and ½ teaspoon of salt. Close the bowl with a lid with a measuring cup.
