Ingredients:
- 100 g water
- 40 g sugar, brown
- 1 g ground cinnamom
- 400 g pecan nuts
- 30 g rose water
- 450 g ciasto philo
- 200 g sugar
- 110 g butter
- 20 g lemon juice
- 40 g Oil, rapeseed
Method of cooking:
- Add 50 g of nuts and chop for 3 s at speed 12 reverse rotation. Transfer the mass into the container and set aside.
