Ingredients:
- 415 g wheat flour
- 50 g water
- 500 g Zakwas na chleb CVR
- 200 g Beer
- 18 g salt
- 40 g butter
- 5 g Yeast baker's, compressed
- 10 g Oil, rapeseed
Method of cooking:
- Add 500 g of bread yeast (the best is wheat), 200 g of light beer, 300 g of flour type 00 or 450 and 5 g of fresh yeast (optional 1/2 teaspoon of dried). Knead for 15 min at speed 4 reverse rotation. Let in the closed container for 15 min.
