- 1 g ground black pepper
- 8 g yeast flakes
- 250 g Onion, raw
- 10 g garlic
- 12 g salt
- 180 g Bread crumbs
- 30 g Linen seeds
- 50 g walnuts
- 1000 g Cauliflower
- 30 g Oil, olive
- 100 g Oil, rapeseed
- 20 g parsley leaves
Method of cooking:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C with convection. Place a bowl on the mixing bowl lid and weigh 1000 grams of cauliflower divided into small florets.
