  • 1 g ground black pepper
  • 8 g yeast flakes
  • 250 g Onion, raw
  • 10 g garlic
  • 12 g salt
  • 180 g Bread crumbs
  • 30 g Linen seeds
  • 50 g walnuts
  • 1000 g Cauliflower
  • 30 g Oil, olive
  • 100 g Oil, rapeseed
  • 20 g parsley leaves

Method of cooking:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C with convection. Place a bowl on the mixing bowl lid and weigh 1000 grams of cauliflower divided into small florets.
