Ingredients:

  • 1 g ground black pepper
  • 30 g vinegar, balsamic
  • 200 g Onion, raw
  • 10 g garlic
  • 300 g Bread crumbs
  • 30 g lemon juice
  • 100 g leek
  • 120 g Oil, rapeseed
  • 20 g Dill
  • 20 g parsley leaves
  • 1000 g Beetroot, boiled

Method of cooking:

  1. Open the bowl. Add 20 grams (½ bunch) of parsley leaves without stems, 20 grams (½ bunch) of dill cut into 1 cm pieces to the glass. Close the bowl with a lid with a measuring cup.
