Ingredients:
- 1 g ground black pepper
- 30 g vinegar, balsamic
- 200 g Onion, raw
- 10 g garlic
- 300 g Bread crumbs
- 30 g lemon juice
- 100 g leek
- 120 g Oil, rapeseed
- 20 g Dill
- 20 g parsley leaves
- 1000 g Beetroot, boiled
Method of cooking:
- Open the bowl. Add 20 grams (½ bunch) of parsley leaves without stems, 20 grams (½ bunch) of dill cut into 1 cm pieces to the glass. Close the bowl with a lid with a measuring cup.
