Baking rolls at home seems like a difficult task at first, but nothing could be further from the truth! The key to success is the ratio of ingredients, proper kneading, shaping and baking. Ingredients:
- 300 g water
- 250 g spelt flour
- 5 g sugar
- 12 g salt
- 250 g Rye flour, type 720
- 60 g Pumpkin seeds
- 20 g Yeast baker's, compressed
- 20 g Oil, rapeseed
Method of cooking:
- In the container on the lid of the bowl weigh out 60 g of pumpkin seeds. Set the bowl aside.
