Ingredients:

  • 150 g water
  • 1 g ground black pepper
  • 50 g dried tomatoes
  • 300 g Zakwas na chleb CVR
  • 350 g spelt flour
  • 5 g sugar
  • 12 g salt
  • 20 g Yeast baker's, compressed
  • 20 g Oil, rapeseed
  • 40 g Sunflower seeds, dried
  • 160 g wheat flour 450

Method of cooking:

  1. Weigh out 40 g of sunflower seeds in the container placed on the lid of the bowl. Set the container aside.
