Spelt is a specific variety of wheat. Grains are characterized by a much stronger shell, which contains the most valuable nutrients, and therefore spelt flour has more vitamins, minerals and fiber.

Ingredients:
- 150 g water
- 1 g ground black pepper
- 50 g dried tomatoes
- 300 g Zakwas na chleb CVR
- 350 g spelt flour
- 5 g sugar
- 12 g salt
- 20 g Yeast baker's, compressed
- 20 g Oil, rapeseed
- 40 g Sunflower seeds, dried
- 160 g wheat flour 450
Method of cooking:
- Weigh out 40 g of sunflower seeds in the container placed on the lid of the bowl. Set the container aside.
