Ingredients:
- 150 g sugar
- 1 g salt
- 150 g butter
- 200 g wheat flour, type 550
- 700 g plums
Method of cooking:
- On the lid of the bowl place a container, weigh 700 g of pitted plums. Fill a baking dish measuring approx. 22x22 cm with the plum halves so that they cover the bottom evenly. Place the plums skin side down. Put aside.
