Ingredients:

  • 500 g water
  • 120 g chicken eggs, whole
  • 60 g Pepper, red

Method of cooking:

  1. On the second floor of the steam pot, place a circle cut out of baking paper so that some holes are exposed. Cut two identical discs (rings) from the peppers with a thickness of up to 2 cm, clean them from the inner membranes and place them on the paper-lined steam pot. Each carefully beat the eggs into a separate small container or bowl. ​
