  • 1 g ground black pepper
  • 100 g red onion
  • 20 g spirit vinegar 10 %
  • 15 g sugar
  • 230 g Apple
  • 3 g salt
  • 20 g sunflower oil
  • 500 g Beetroot, boiled

Method of cooking:

  1. Open the bowl. Add 100 g of peeled and cut onion. Close the bowl with a lid with a measuring cup.
