Ingredients:
- 40 g broth paste - CVR
- 2 g freshly ground pepper
- 60 g dried mushrooms
- 800 g sour cabbage
- 300 g Onion, raw
- 3 g sugar
- 80 g Oil, rapeseed
Method of cooking:
- Place a container on the lid of the bowl, weigh 60 g of dried mushrooms and pour 300 g of boiling water. Leave to soak. Place half of the pressed cabbage. Chop for 6 s at speed 20. Transfer to a container, put the other half of the cabbage in the bowl. Chop for 6 s at speed 20, transfer to a container with cabbage.
