Ingredients:

  • 40 g broth paste - CVR
  • 2 g freshly ground pepper
  • 60 g dried mushrooms
  • 800 g sour cabbage
  • 300 g Onion, raw
  • 3 g sugar
  • 80 g Oil, rapeseed

Method of cooking:

  1. Place a container on the lid of the bowl, weigh 60 g of dried mushrooms and pour 300 g of boiling water. Leave to soak. Place half of the pressed cabbage. Chop for 6 s at speed 20. Transfer to a container, put the other half of the cabbage in the bowl. Chop for 6 s at speed 20, transfer to a container with cabbage.
