Ingredients:

  • 1500 g water
  • 6 g freshly ground pepper
  • 1 g fresh mint
  • 500 g dry curd
  • 300 g roasted buckwheat groats
  • 300 g Onion, raw
  • 5 g salt
  • 100 g Oil, rapeseed

Method of cooking:

  1. Pour water into the bowl. Pour the buckwheat into the basket, place the basket in the bowl so that the water in it slightly covers the buckwheat. Cook for 20 min at a temperature of 105 degrees. Set aside and let cool completely.
