Ingredients:
- 3 g ground black pepper
- 500 g dry curd
- 300 g Onion, raw
- 9 g salt
- 600 g Potato, boiled
- 100 g Oil, rapeseed
Method of cooking:
- Peel and cut the onion, add to the bowl, close it with a lid and chop for 10 s at speed 10. Open the bowl and using a spatula scrape the bowl's sides to the bottom.
