  • 500 g dry curd
  • 300 g Onion, raw
  • 9 g salt
  • 600 g Potato, boiled
  • 100 g Oil, rapeseed

Method of cooking:

  1. Peel and cut the onion, add to the bowl, close it with a lid and chop for 10 s at speed 10. Open the bowl and using a spatula scrape the bowl's sides to the bottom.
