Ingredients:
- 2 g marjoram
- 300 g red onion
- 1 g freshly ground pepper
- 750 g duck meat
- 80 g dried cranberries
- 6 g garlic
- 6 g salt
- 100 g Wine, red
- 20 g honey
Method of cooking:
- Remove the skin from 750 g of duck breast and cut it into cubes with a diameter of 1 cm. Remove the membranes and tendons from the meat and also cut them into 1 cm cubes. Spread on a large plate and place in the freezer for 30 minutes.
