Ingredients:

  • 2 g marjoram
  • 300 g red onion
  • 1 g freshly ground pepper
  • 750 g duck meat
  • 80 g dried cranberries
  • 6 g garlic
  • 6 g salt
  • 100 g Wine, red
  • 20 g honey

Method of cooking:

  1. Remove the skin from 750 g of duck breast and cut it into cubes with a diameter of 1 cm. Remove the membranes and tendons from the meat and also cut them into 1 cm cubes. Spread on a large plate and place in the freezer for 30 minutes.
