Silesian poppy seed cake
Sweet, traditional Christmas food popular in Silesia. The main ingredients are poppy seeds, which are ground and cooked with milk, dried fruit and spices. Poppy pulp is layered with challah or crackers in a bowl and served as a Christmas dessert. You can decorate poppy cake with other dried fruits.

Ingredients:
- 1500 g water
- 50 g nuts and dried fruits
- 400 g Poppy seeds, dried
- 200 g Walnuts
- 200 g Raisins, dried
- 150 g almonds, sweet
- 150 g honey
- 80 g Shredded coconut meat, dried
- 250 g challah
- 30 g almond aroma
Method of cooking:
- Add 200 g of walnuts. Chop for 5 s at speed 10.
