  • 1000 g water
  • 15 g hot chili pepper
  • 14 g sweet pepper
  • 70 g lime
  • 25 g coriander leaves
  • 15 g sugar, brown
  • 50 g soy sauce
  • 3 g cumin seed
  • 2 g coriander seeds
  • 40 g ginger root
  • 30 g hot sriracha sauce
  • 500 g grey shrimp
  • 600 g pasta
  • 1 g lemongrass
  • 1 g kaffir lime leaves
  • 3 g fennel seeds
  • 1000 g mussels
  • 20 g garlic
  • 50 g Oil, sesame
  • 50 g Oil, rapeseed

Method of cooking:

  1. Peel the prawns from their shells, detach the heads (save for later), remove the digestive tract by making an incision on the back side.
