- 1000 g water
- 15 g hot chili pepper
- 14 g sweet pepper
- 70 g lime
- 25 g coriander leaves
- 15 g sugar, brown
- 50 g soy sauce
- 3 g cumin seed
- 2 g coriander seeds
- 40 g ginger root
- 30 g hot sriracha sauce
- 500 g grey shrimp
- 600 g pasta
- 1 g lemongrass
- 1 g kaffir lime leaves
- 3 g fennel seeds
- 1000 g mussels
- 20 g garlic
- 50 g Oil, sesame
- 50 g Oil, rapeseed
Method of cooking:
- Peel the prawns from their shells, detach the heads (save for later), remove the digestive tract by making an incision on the back side.
