Chicken Satay Ramen
Ramen is the Japanese equivalent of the Polish broth, but its name should not be associated with specific ingredients or flavours, as there are hundreds of types of ramen. What they have in common is the base, which is an intense broth. This time it will be a broth flavoured with roast chicken, enriched with peanut butter and seasoned in the "satay" way.
