Grilled pepper salsa
Salsa is nothing more than a thick sauce, most often prepared from chopped fresh vegetables, herbs and even fruit. It usually has a distinct and refreshing taste, so it goes well with quite rich street food dishes (tacos, panini, tortillas), but is also recommended for barbecues. This time we will prepare pepper salsa, which is the best addition to, for example, grilled pork neck.
