Ingredients:
- 500 g water
- 1 g ground black pepper
- 20 g Tahini
- 150 g Onion, raw
- 10 g garlic
- 600 g Cauliflower
- 5 g Shredded coconut meat, dried
- 14 g Ghee butter clarified
- 6 g Sea salt
Method of cooking:
- Add 1 tablespoon of clarified butter to the bowl. Melt for 30 seconds at 90°C at a speed of 2 rotations.
