Ingredients:

  • 500 g water
  • 1 g ground black pepper
  • 20 g Tahini
  • 150 g Onion, raw
  • 10 g garlic
  • 600 g Cauliflower
  • 5 g Shredded coconut meat, dried
  • 14 g Ghee butter clarified
  • 6 g Sea salt

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 1 tablespoon of clarified butter to the bowl. Melt for 30 seconds at 90°C at a speed of 2 rotations.
