Ingredients:

  • 1500 g water
  • 1 g ground black pepper
  • 40 g broth paste - CVR
  • 1 g turmeric, ground
  • 5 g ginger root
  • 500 g sweet potato
  • 160 g Onion, raw
  • 10 g garlic
  • 200 g Apple
  • 1 g salt
  • 100 g millet groats
  • 10 g lemon juice
  • 2 g Pumpkin seeds
  • 400 g beetroot, raw
  • 20 g Ghee butter clarified

Method of cooking:

  1. On the lid of the bowl place a container and weigh 500 g of peeled and cut sweet potatoes into 2 cm pieces, 400 g of peeled beetroot, cut into 2 cm cubes, 160 g of peeled and diced onions and 200 g of peeled apples, cored and cut into smaller pieces pieces. Preheat the oven to 180°C with the hot air function.
