Ingredients:
- 1500 g water
- 3 g allspice
- 2 g bay leaves
- 50 g garlic
- 30 g salt
- 1500 g beetroot, raw
Method of cooking:
- On the lid of the bowl place a first floor of the steam pot and weigh 1500 g of scrubbed beetroot with the ends cut off. Cut it into 2 cm cubes. Transfer into another container and set aside.
