Ingredients:

  • 1500 g water
  • 3 g allspice
  • 2 g bay leaves
  • 50 g garlic
  • 30 g salt
  • 1500 g beetroot, raw

Method of cooking:

  1. On the lid of the bowl place a first floor of the steam pot and weigh 1500 g of scrubbed beetroot with the ends cut off. Cut it into 2 cm cubes. Transfer into another container and set aside.
