Ingredients:
- 7 g ground black pepper
- 1 g allspice
- 1 g bay leaf
- 5 g mushrooms
- 10 g lovage
- 220 g Onion, raw
- 10 g garlic
- 150 g Carrot
- 120 g salt
- 120 g leek
- 100 g Celery
- 70 g Oil, rapeseed
- 15 g Dill
- 50 g Celeriac
- 30 g parsley leaves
- 50 g parsley root
Method of cooking:
- Weigh 220 g of onions together with the peel. Place the onions on a chopping board.
