  • 220 g Onion, raw
  • 10 g garlic
  • 150 g Carrot
  • 120 g salt
  • 120 g leek
  • 100 g Celery
  • 70 g Oil, rapeseed
  • 15 g Dill
  • 50 g Celeriac
  • 30 g parsley leaves
  • 50 g parsley root

Method of cooking:

  1. Weigh 220 g of onions together with the peel. Place the onions on a chopping board.
