Old Polish gingerbread with jam
This popular cake is very popular in Poland, especially during Christmas. The aroma of its spices and taste are characteristic of the Polish confectionery tradition.

Ingredients:
- 60 g amaretto liqueur
- 10 g wheat flour, type 550
- 40 g honey
- 200 g Chocolate, plain
- 200 g Plum jam “Powidła śliwkowe”
- 700 g Ciasto na piernik staropolski - CVR
Method of cooking:
- Remove the matured gingerbread dough from the refrigerator. Transfer it from the bowl to a floured work surface, knead and shape it into a ball. Dust the ball of dough with flour and then place it on a baking sheet that fits the size of the baking sheet in the oven.
