Ingredients:
- 1 g ground black pepper
- 400 g dry curd
- 60 g grana padano cheese
- 5 g baking powder
- 6 g salt
- 15 g Chives
- 60 g chicken eggs, whole
- 100 g wheat flour, type 550
Method of cooking:
- Open the bowl. Add 100 g of flour type 550, 1 tablespoon of baking powder, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 250 g of crushed curd and 1 egg. Close the bowl with a lid with a measuring cup.
