Ingredients:

  • 1 g ground black pepper
  • 400 g dry curd
  • 60 g grana padano cheese
  • 5 g baking powder
  • 6 g salt
  • 15 g Chives
  • 60 g chicken eggs, whole
  • 100 g wheat flour, type 550

Method of cooking:

  1. Open the bowl. Add 100 g of flour type 550, 1 tablespoon of baking powder, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 250 g of crushed curd and 1 egg. Close the bowl with a lid with a measuring cup.
