Ingredients:
- 10 g coriander leaves
- 10 g soy sauce
- 150 g mayonnaise
- 50 g hot sriracha sauce
- 400 g grey shrimp
- 1 g chili flakes
- 120 g chicken eggs, whole
- 30 g Corn flour (maize flour)
- 30 g wheat flour, type 550
- 15 g pasta red curry
- 150 g Panko breadcrumbs
Method of cooking:
- Install the whisk. Add 1 white (keep the yolk for later) and pinch of salt. Close the bowl with a lid with a measuring cup.
