Ingredients:
- 400 g water
- 1 g ground black pepper
- 20 g soy sauce
- 10 g ginger root
- 100 g Onion, raw
- 6 g salt
- 4 g Pumpkin seeds
- 200 g condensed coconut milk
- 300 g leek
- 400 g Peas green, frozen
- 100 g Ghee butter clarified
Method of cooking:
- Add 100 grams of peeled onion diced, 300 grams of cleaned leek sliced into 1 cm pieces, and 4 slices of peeled ginger to the bowl. Chop for 10 seconds at a speed of 10 rotations. Scrape the sides with a spatula to the bottom of the bowl.
