Ingredients:

  • 400 g water
  • 1 g ground black pepper
  • 20 g soy sauce
  • 10 g ginger root
  • 100 g Onion, raw
  • 6 g salt
  • 4 g Pumpkin seeds
  • 200 g condensed coconut milk
  • 300 g leek
  • 400 g Peas green, frozen
  • 100 g Ghee butter clarified

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 100 grams of peeled onion diced, 300 grams of cleaned leek sliced into 1 cm pieces, and 4 slices of peeled ginger to the bowl. Chop for 10 seconds at a speed of 10 rotations. Scrape the sides with a spatula to the bottom of the bowl.
