Ingredients:
- 20 g vinegar, balsamic
- 100 g arugula
- 40 g balsamic cream
- 50 g lemon juice
- 50 g Walnuts
- 100 g Plain wheat rolls
- 200 g Cheese, Camembert, whole fat
- 100 g Apricot jam, low-sugar
- 20 g Oil, olive
- 40 g honey
- 200 g fresh figs
Method of cooking:
- Preheat the oven to 180 ℃ with the grill function. Cut two wheat rolls into 1x1 cm cubes, drizzle with 2 spoons of olive oil, place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake for 10 minutes until golden.
