Ingredients:

  • 20 g vinegar, balsamic
  • 100 g arugula
  • 40 g balsamic cream
  • 50 g lemon juice
  • 50 g Walnuts
  • 100 g Plain wheat rolls
  • 200 g Cheese, Camembert, whole fat
  • 100 g Apricot jam, low-sugar
  • 20 g Oil, olive
  • 40 g honey
  • 200 g fresh figs

Method of cooking:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 ℃ with the grill function. Cut two wheat rolls into 1x1 cm cubes, drizzle with 2 spoons of olive oil, place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake for 10 minutes until golden.
