Pumpkin puree (foam)

A great base for pancakes, salty pancakes or desserts. It goes well with leavened doughs, to which it gives a rich color. It is ideal as a healthy foam for children (+4m). After adding salt, chili or herbs, it turns into a delicious side dish.

Ingredients:

  • 1000 g pumpkin, raw

Method of cooking:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180℃. Cut the pumpkin with the skin (1000 g) into smaller pieces and scoop out the seeds. Line a tray with baking paper and spread the pumpkin evenly. Bake for about 45 minutes until the squash is tender.
