Ingredients:
- 400 g canned chickpeas
- 6 g cumin seed
- 50 g Tahini
- 4 g garlic
- 6 g salt
- 40 g lemon juice
- 40 g Oil, olive
- 120 g sun-dried tomatoes in oil (drained)
Method of cooking:
- Add 400g drained canned chickpeas, 50g Tahini paste, 1 peeled garlic clove, 4 tablespoons lemon juice, 120g sun-dried tomatoes in oil - drained, cut into small pieces, 40g olive oil, 2 teaspoons cumin and 1 teaspoon salt.
