A light, healthy and seasonal version of classic dumplings. Thanks to the addition of CVR pumpkin puree (see recipe), the dumplings are sweet and tender. Serve them as a separate dish or as a side dish to main courses.

Ingredients:

  • 1000 g water
  • 30 g almond flakes
  • 4 g salt
  • 100 g wheat flour, type 550
  • 80 g chicken eggs, yolk
  • 250 g Potato, long stored
  • 40 g potato starch
  • 250 g pumpkin puree CVR

Method of cooking:

  1. Pour water into the bowl. Close the bowl with a lid without a measuring cup. Peel 250 g of potatoes and cut them into smaller pieces.
