Pumpkin dumplings with roasted almonds
A light, healthy and seasonal version of classic dumplings. Thanks to the addition of CVR pumpkin puree (see recipe), the dumplings are sweet and tender. Serve them as a separate dish or as a side dish to main courses.

Ingredients:
- 1000 g water
- 30 g almond flakes
- 4 g salt
- 100 g wheat flour, type 550
- 80 g chicken eggs, yolk
- 250 g Potato, long stored
- 40 g potato starch
- 250 g pumpkin puree CVR
Method of cooking:
- Pour water into the bowl. Close the bowl with a lid without a measuring cup. Peel 250 g of potatoes and cut them into smaller pieces.
