Vegetable salad
A classic salad of Polish cuisine that came to us from other European countries as a mayonnaise salad. However, its composition was slightly changed to take on the final form of a Polish vegetable salad.

Ingredients:
- 1800 g water
- 1 g ground black pepper
- 200 g mayonnaise
- 340 g Carrot
- 120 g Apple
- 12 g salt
- 240 g chicken eggs, whole
- 70 g leek
- 30 g mustard
- 370 g Celeriac
- 500 g Potato, long stored
- 230 g parsley root
- 180 g Peas green, frozen
- 150 g Cucumber, pickled
Method of cooking:
- Place the first and second floors of the steam pot on the lid of the bowl and weigh out 340 g of peeled carrots, 230 g of peeled parsley, 370 g of peeled and chopped celery. Set aside.
