A classic salad of Polish cuisine that came to us from other European countries as a mayonnaise salad. However, its composition was slightly changed to take on the final form of a Polish vegetable salad.

Ingredients:

  • 1800 g water
  • 1 g ground black pepper
  • 200 g mayonnaise
  • 340 g Carrot
  • 120 g Apple
  • 12 g salt
  • 240 g chicken eggs, whole
  • 70 g leek
  • 30 g mustard
  • 370 g Celeriac
  • 500 g Potato, long stored
  • 230 g parsley root
  • 180 g Peas green, frozen
  • 150 g Cucumber, pickled

Method of cooking:

  1. Place the first and second floors of the steam pot on the lid of the bowl and weigh out 340 g of peeled carrots, 230 g of peeled parsley, 370 g of peeled and chopped celery. Set aside.
